Richard is one of Brisbane's leading experts in the retail and suburban property sector. His experience covers all facets of retail, showroom / bulky goods, QSR fast food and servo property including sales, leasing, project leasing, valuation and development management. He commenced in the industry in 1984. Experience includes:

Richard is a registered valuer, licensed agent, an associate of the Australian Property Institute, a Certified Practising Valuer, and graduated from QUT with a Graduate Diploma in Project Management (Property Development).
Clients include Aveo Limited, JVL Properties, Australia Post, Coles Group, Ariadne, Burger King Corporation, Blackstone, AMart Furniture, NAB, Nielson Properties, Woolworths, Consolidated Properties, Parmac, Roubaix Properties, Niecon Developments, ALH Hotels, and Harvey Norman.
Prior to establishing Index Richard held positions with McDonalds Australia, Jones Lang LaSalle, Colliers International and Qld Dept of Housing.
Richard established Colliers' industrial department in Brisbane in 1989. Prior to that he was the leading Industrial agent in Canberra.
In 2008-2012 he developed a 28 unit hi-tech industrial complex near the Brisbane Airport.
In 2004 Richard was the REIQ Agent of the Year for Brisbane.
