He wrote the market plan for Burger King Corporation USA for Qld, NNSW, ACT, NT and Tasmania and then started implementing it with 12 sites.

In 2020 Richard fully pre-committed a travel centre at Bethania in Brisbane's southern suburbs with United Petroleum, Pie Face, Zarraffas, GYG and KFC.

He is currently (October 2022) pre-committing a similar site at Taigum with a servo, 2 x Fast Food, coffee operator, childcare and medical centre, and a sale of an adjoining site to McDonalds.

Richard is also currently transacting a servo at Ningi (Bribie Island).
